I recently used your company for airport transfers from Ft. Lauderdale to South Beach and return. I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the outstanding service you provided. The drivers were on time, polite and the vehicle was very clean and stylish. For some reason we received a stretch limo in place of a luxury SUV on both trips which was very welcomed bonus.

During the booking process and the couple of times I called with questions I was greeted by a lady who was very pleasant and obviously had a good handle on the companies operations. She was fast, efficient and got the question answered or problem solved immediately. In a world or dwindling phone based customer service this experience was very refreshing.
