~ All deposits are NON-refundable.

~ Faliure to contact our office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you fail to contact our office.

~ There is a NO CANCELLATION POLICY on Proms, Holiday's, & New Years Eve or on Friday and Saturday hourly rentals during the month of December due to a high volume

~ Cancellation: A 5% minimum cancellation applies to all reservations made. A 50% cancellation charge will apply on all reservations cancelled within 7 days of the reservation date. 100% cancellation charge will apply if cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation.

~ Refunds may take from 10 to 45 days to process for accounting purposes.

~ Airport Pickups: There is a 30 minute time allowance on Domestic flight arrivals and a 1 hour time allowance on International flight arrivals from the time the flight lands. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific vehicle. The additional parking and airport fees will be added as well

~ Seaport Pickups: There is a 45 minute time allowance from the scheduled pickup time at the port. After the time allowance wait time will be billed in 30 minute increments and will vary based on the hourly rate of the specific vehicle. The additional parking and airport fees will be added as well

~Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice prior to making the reservation due to but not limited to Holidays, Special Events, Gas Prices and Extreme Weather Conditions. Rates will not change once the reservation has been made. Ambassador Limousine & Transportation reserves the right to up-grade vehicles according to their schedule. At no time will Ambassador Limousine & Transportation down-grade a vehicle without consent. Ambassador Limousine & Transportation also reserves the right to deny services to anyone.

~ Complimentary items such as champagne, Car Seats, night club entrances, free drink passes and other items have no cash value and are complimentary. These items are on an in stock basis. In the event that we were unable to provide these items to you Ambassador Limousine & Transportation is not responsible for any costs involved. Ambassador Limousine & Transportation will only be responsible for providing you with these items as they become available.

~ Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or trip termination due to weather or unsafe road conditions.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by client during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol Consumption by minors and/or drug use by anyone is strictly prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles.

~ Overtime will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time describe on the run sheet.

~ Not responsible for delays or trip termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e.:severe wheather, accidents, acts of nature, etc...)

Not responsible for articles left in limousine. As far as personal belongings, we recommend that all valuables be removed from the vehicle when left unattended. Ambassador Limousine & Transportation and its employees will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.

~ Ambassador Limousine & Transportation will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by alcohol consumption, intoxication or failure to wear a seatbelt.


~ Balance to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.

~ Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
